Me Me Me

I am an avid reader, aspiring author and wannabe photographer.  I love creating things.  The lists of who and what I am seems endless.  But importantly, for this blog, I think, is the fact that I like to cook.  Real food and I try not to be too impressed by celebrity chefs.  However, Gordon Ramsey is a god.  Delia is a saint, although she seems to have lost the plot with this new Cheat book of hers – shudders.  But everyone is a critic, right!  Happy cooking!
